I've been using YIM for about six years now, and it just keeps getting better! I love how customizable it is and how fun and easy it is to not only use but to also set up. Connecting to Yahoo's site through YIM is also very easy. I really haven't had too many problems with it, and any that I have had are a simple fix that I don't even need to call in/ check customer help for. I love all the options it has and the webcam connection you get. I love the video call option too. At the moment, being able to use my web cam on YIM is my favorite part. My boyfriend and I go to different colleges and it's a great way to keep in touch with him. Connecting is way easy, and although sometimes it can freeze up all you have to do is request viewing the correspondant's web cam and you're off once again! Yahoo is again, simple, easy and fun, and has my customer service for life.
