ICQ has a likeable interface and chat window that is easy to navigate. You can conduct easy-to-use video chat sessions by inviting a friend from your contact list to join the one-on-one video chat. They have a great conversation window with an effective design, fun emoticons, text effects and flash animations. You can send instant messages, conduct voice chat and enjoy fun features like games, tZers and customizing tools.
ICQ is user friendly video chat. However, ICQ does not offer great help/support and lacks the features that our top three products have. See Windows Live Messenger for video chat that has it all.
